Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes there may be a need to reschedule an appointment due to an unforeseen event. However, we would appreciate two working days’ notice, so that patients who are waiting to see the dentist sooner can be seen if we are given sufficient time to contact them. We reserve the right to request for a scheduling deposit, should a trend of missed appointments be noted.
